- Initial payment for your server must be made in full and all funds must be cleared before delivery can be made. This comprises setup fee plus first month's hosting for hosted plans, or full payment for Harmony Behind the Firewall.
- Payment is due monthly for all hosting plans, and invoices will be issued to remind you each month.

Single regions on ReactionGrid
Also known as Moon Mission plans, this covers single simulator light and heavy use options equally. We offer the ability to archive your sims at any time for future reinstatement should you wish to suspend your account. Reinstatement is $25 charge on top of the first month's sim rental.
First late payment:
- After 1 week your region will be taken offline, but can be reinstated easily if outstanding payment is received promptly.
- After two weeks, your region will be taken offline permanently, and can only be restored if outstanding payment plus full setup fee is paid to reinstate your region.
Subsequent late payments:
- Your region may be taken offline as soon as your outstanding payment due date passes.
- After two weeks your region will be taken offline permanently, and can only be restored if outstanding payment plus full setup fee is paid to reinstate your region.
Virtual server hosting plans
For all Mars hosting plans we offer the ability to shut down your server and archive for future use, so if cash flow is a problem, or if you don't see yourself using your server for a few months, this is available as an option. Restarting your server is possible whenever you require it for $75 on top of your first month's server rental. If you do not advise us that this is your intention, the following applies.
First late payment:
- After 1 week your server will be “paused” – your regions and grids will be offline until outstanding payment is received to turn them back on again.
- After two weeks, your machine will be shut down and a restart fee will be applied at 50% of the full setup fee on top of outstanding payment due.
- After three weeks, your machine will be archived, and full setup fee is required on top of outstanding payments to restart your machine.
Subsequent late payments:
- Your grid/regions may be paused as soon as your payment due date passes.
- After two weeks, your server will be archived, and a full setup fee is required on top of outstanding payment to restart your machine.
Dedicated hosting plans
The following applies for all customers on the Magellan plan. Virtual machines on your Magellan server can be archived in the same way as our Mars hosting plans, but you need to advise us that this is your intention. Reinstatement of virtual machines is $75 per virtual machine, provided you have taken action in time. Otherwise, the following terms take effect:
All late payments:
- After 1 week your server will be turned off, your regions and grids will be offline until payment is received
- After 2 weeks your server will be returned to the data center. Any data on your machines at that time will be lost, aside from any backups that have been taken. We have no control over this process – if payment is not received in time, the data center take ownership of the server and all information is lost. For this reason, we highly recommend prompt payment on dedicated server plans. Reinstatement is a case of rebuilding from backups, and if any data is not backed up, it is lost permanently. Reinstatement is full outstanding payment fee, plus full server setup fee, plus 15% of setup fee for retrieval of data.
